Job Summary

This is a unique opportunity to join Red Chair Recruitment as a Customer Service Representative in a 4 or 5-star hotel setting. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service experience to guests
* Maintain a well-presented and professional manner at all times
* Be proficient with hotel software, preferably Opera/Hotsoft
* Work flexibly including shift work and weekends

Packages and Benefits

* A competitive salary ranging from €26,000 to €30,000 dependent on experience
