The successful candidate will be experienced within the building industry (at least 2yrs) with a leading tier one main contractor or Developer.Liaising with:Sr Building Services Manager : programming and resourcing requirementsSite Manager : Sub-Contractors' programmes and co-ordinationQuality Surveyor : on cost issues and on design optionsUtility Providers : Electrical Power/ Data Supplier, Gas Suppliers, Local Authorities for Drainage/ Roads etc.Roles and responsibilities:Review client drawingsReview M&E design drawingsProvide comments on M&E drawingsProvide feedback on M&E designProvide CDM and Health & Safety inputReview suppliers and subcontractor risk assessment, method statements and assessmentsCoordinate M&E drawings/design/specification approval processImplementation and coordination of specialist subcontractor designCoordination of the equipment technical informationProcurement of material not already in main M&E packagesValue engineering of materialsCoordinate onsite installationsOverseeing quality assurance checksObtain and review commissioning and balancing reports and certificationManage client, design team and subcontractor related meetings.Knowledge of BIMProgram development & ManagementProblem solving.For more info on this role contact apply directly or contact Jason McGowan Recruitment Director with 3D Personnel on for more information.
