Reporting to the EMEA Production Control and Order Entry Manager, the Production Scheduler will develop, maintain, and control production and shipment schedules in accordance with business objectives and inventory strategy.

Acting as the key link between sales, customer service, procurement, production, and export teams, the scheduler ensures customer requirements are met efficiently, driving high standards in on-time delivery.

Strong knowledge of supply chains, production processes, and fulfillment operations is essential to coordinate all customer-driven order activities across the region.

As our Production Control Scheduler, you’ll support HID’s success by:

* Owning all scheduling activities within the Business Area order book.
* Leading periodic sales and customer service meetings to prioritize inventory and production capacity, aligning with customer requirements.
* Creating and managing production plans.
* Creating and managing all outbound shipping plans.
* Handling all product allocation and scheduling.
* Providing product and order lead times to internal and external stakeholders.
* Maintaining close communication with procurement and supply chain teams about inbound supply plans.
* Ensuring production and shipping plans are communicated and executed with production and fulfillment centers.
* Playing a key role in revenue forecasting and ensuring ship plans are understood by regional commercial stakeholders.
* Establishing, reviewing, documenting, and updating processes as needed.
* Supporting the PCM in facilitating daily cross-functional backlog review meetings.
* Attending daily BL meetings and executing real-time actions as required.
* Performing tasks such as email inquiries, inventory inquiries, and research of version history.
* Scheduling and rescheduling orders based on BL management directions.
* Placing and removing holds per BL management instructions.
* Logging OTD failures and past due orders, researching root causes.
* Adjusting ATP rules, lead times, and Oracle EBS settings to align with material levels and capacity.
* Following up on aging orders for prompt disposition.
* Collaborating with production and pick & ship value streams on order escalation, prioritization, and scheduling.
* Reporting on BL + revenue plan vs actuals.
* Processing item attribute change requests to maintain system accuracy.

Your Experience and Background include:

* Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
* Experience with Oracle ERP preferred.
* Familiarity with Agile PLM preferred.
* University/College degree preferred.
* Quick learner with attention to detail.
* Analytical thinker capable of multitasking in stressful environments.
* Desire for Continuous Improvement.
* Ability to work independently without constant supervision.
* Willingness to communicate and collaborate across functions professionally.
