As part of our expansion, we are currently looking for a suitably motivated - Technical Manufacturing Operations Supervisor - to join our group.
This is a key role within the operations function of Mbryonics, that will lead and manage a team of assembly technicians through our scale up and move to commercial manufacturing.
As our manufacturing operation matures the role will also take responsibility for creating, supporting and implementing strategies related to Health and Safety, Quality, Engagement, Continuous Improvement and Operations Performance Management.
Key areas of initial focus will be supporting all elements of our manufacturing start up.
This includes hiring of the assembly technician team, creation of our training and certification process and meeting the project goals in line with our qualification plans and customer commitments.
Other areas of focus and support (in partnership with the wider operations team) will include technical and assembly documentation creation, GMP and compliance, customer satisfaction and delivery, embedding our quality standards and practices, process development to drive right first time and yield goals, continuous improvement and yield management.
