Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate the activities of Food and Beverage Outlets and Conferences.
* Train new employees on procedures, customer service standards, and POS systems.
* Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol regulations.
* Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area.

* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Proficiency with POS systems.
* Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
* Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
