This role involves overseeing daily operations, managing inventory and supplies, maintaining SOPs, and training staff. Strong management skills and computer literacy are essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the housekeeping team to achieve high cleanliness standards
* Oversee inventory, purchasing, and cost control of linen, cleaning supplies, and equipment
* Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all rooms, public spaces, and meeting rooms
* Ensure efficient service delivery and minimize waste within the department
* Train and induct staff on SOPs
* Experience with purchasing systems and flexible working hours
