Job DescriptionExciting opportunity for an experienced Litigation Asset Manager to support the business as it goes through a vast period of growth. We are currently recruiting for a dynamic professional to join our Litigation Team. We are looking for individuals who can operate both as a 'self-starter' and a key member of our Litigation Team to manage legal cases and engage with customers in arrears who may not have been engaging previously.The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for designated law firms and will have experience in progressing litigation via Circuit Court and High Court proceedings. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, challenging environment.ResponsibilitiesProactively manage a litigation portfolio and ensure legal proceedings are progressed expeditiouslyInstruct law firms to initiate new legal proceedings and progress receivership appointments where requiredExhibits accountability and positive attitude, managing a portfolio of cases and providing assistance to Senior Management in relation to ad-hoc queriesDraft accurate, thorough, and concise credit reports and present the same to the credit committeeAccurately records information on systems of records and trackersEfficiently and professionally deal with all communication (telephone or written correspondence) from customers and third partiesPerform all assigned tasks in compliance with policies, procedures and Central Bank Codes and regulations and within SLA/ KPI deadlinesConsistently demonstrates that "the customer is at the heart of everything we do" by engaging with customers and resolving customer queries in a timely and effective mannerTreat all customers fairly and consistently throughout BAU activities, including credit proposals and resolutions.Collaborate with all areas of the business to support the needs of the team/department and to achieve strategic outcomesActively participates in and contributes to weekly/monthly team meetingsDisplays awareness of the MCFID risk and control environment and applicable regulatory codes, inclusive of CCMA and CPC (2012), engaging proactively with colleagues and management to identify and mitigate riskQualificationsThird-level qualification in Legal / Finance or a business-related discipline, or relevant experience related to the positionAPA (Loans) minimum
