Sales Development Role Overview
As a Sales Development Representative (Outbound), you will be responsible for acquiring new customers through strategic and thoughtful messaging. You will become a product expert across our entire platform and understand the competitor landscape.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with marketing to manage outbound campaigns to increase lead volume
* Prospect into new accounts using proven sales methodology
* Maintain and update accurate records in CRM
Requirements and Qualifications
For this role, we are looking for individuals who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with others to achieve goals. Previous Sales Development or Business Development experience is preferred. Fluency in English and Dutch is required.
Benefits and Compensation
This role offers a competitive On-Target Earnings (base salary + sales commission) + benefits + equity. The On-Target Earnings for employees will be a 70/30 commission split for base/variable pay.
Working Conditions
