Responsibilities
Training and development of staff
Managing day-to-day operations
Administration, cash controls and implementation of all HACCP and any other required training
Roster and stock controls
Deal with any problems that may arise daily and report these to the General Manager
Ensure all staff comply with company policy and procedures
Provide and implement a fast, friendly and efficient level of customer service to enhance the overall customer experience in the restaurant
Provide ongoing staff training and motivation and develop the skills of restaurant employees
Oversee all service, presentation and dining areas
Qualifications
At least 1 year of previous experience as a cafe/restaurant supervisor or similar
Outgoing and friendly personality
Excellent customer service skills
People person and leader
Proficient in written and spoken English
Able to work in a fast-paced environment, be flexible and work well under pressure
