Location:Cashel, County Tipperary Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Salary:DOE + Bonus Structure Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive financial planning advice across investments, pensions, savings, and protection products. Manage and develop an existing portfolio of clients while identifying and securing new business opportunities. Build strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular engagement and professional advice. Conduct detailed fact-finding meetings to assess clients financial circumstances, objectives, and risk profiles. Develop tailored financial solutions that align with client needs and goals. Achieve agreed business development and performance targets. Maintain accurate client records and ensure all recommendations meet compliance requirements. Work closely with administration and support teams to deliver an excellent client experience. Stay informed on industry developments, financial products, and regulatory changes. Provide regular updates to management on client activity, pipeline development, and business performance. Travel occasionally to support clients and office locations within the region. What Were Looking For Experience & Qualifications Fully QFA qualified and CPD compliant. Proven experience in a Financial Advisor, Financial Consultant, or similar role 2-3 years. Strong knowledge of financial planning, investments, pensions, and protection products. Experience managing client relationships and developing new business opportunities. Previous experience within a brokerage or financial services environment would be advantageous. Full eligibility to work in Ireland.
