Due to continued success, my client based in the City Centre area is looking to recruit a
Serviced Office Administrator
for an immediate start.
The
Serviced Office Administrator
is the primary contact for members and visitors in my client's community buildings, handling daily administrative and operational tasks.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will manage front-of-house duties, coordinate meetings and concierge services, handle reception tasks, and maintain company standards throughout the building.
The role acts as a brand ambassador, supports client relations, assists with events, and drives KPIs by promoting products and services.
Responsibilities
Welcome clients, resolve queries, and escalate when necessary
Maintain reception and common areas
Accounts Administration (invoicing)
Schedule meetings and manage inventory (keys, fobs, etc.)
Support community events and sales processes
Build strong client relationships and promote company offerings
Monitor facility needs and uphold health, safety, and company policies
Qualifications / Experience
Office and customer service experience (hospitality/retail preferred)
Strong communication and multitasking abilities
Excellent time management, organisation, and IT troubleshooting skills
Professional demeanour and alignment with company values
