Role Description
This is an on-site full-time role for a Chef de Partie located in Dublin. The Chef de Partie will work as part of a professional kitchen team, overseeing their designated station and ensuring high standards of preparation, cooking, and presentation. Responsibilities include preparing ingredients, producing dishes according to established menus, maintaining cleanliness of the workstation, and collaborating with other team members to ensure a smooth operation. The role also involves adhering to health and safety guidelines and maintaining efficiency during service.
Qualifications
* Strong culinary skills, including food preparation, presentation, and a passion for creating high-quality dishes
* Experience in food safety, hygiene practices, and maintaining a clean and organized workstation
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively
* Time management skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak hours
* Previous experience in a fine dining kitchen or luxury hospitality setting is a plus
* Culinary certification or relevant professional training is desirable
