About This Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our team in managing diverse aspects of commercial projects, including project teams, schedules, health & safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously or large-scale projects with a proven track record of delivering high standards of delivery, safety, and commercial performance.
* Build and manage effective project teams, fostering a positive and stable work environment to retain talent.
* Plan, update, and track project schedules regularly, coordinating multiple site and project managers to ensure alignment.
This is a key leadership role that will drive procurement efficiency and supply chain performance to support project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of contractual matters, cost management procedures, and commercial reporting.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A 3rd Level Degree or Trades Qualified background.
* Over 6 years of experience with main building contractors in Ireland or the UK.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously or large-scale projects.
