A leading global financial services organisation is expanding its Dublin-based IT support team and is looking for an End User Support Specialist to join the team on a contract basis with strong potential for extension.

The Role
Provide Level 1 & 2 end-user support
Support users across multiple international offices
Troubleshoot Office 365, Active Directory, Intune, and Windows issues
Assist with Azure-related support tasksDeliver high-quality customer support and build trusted user relationships
Work closely with global IT teams
What you’ll bring:
Experience in IT Support / Service Desk / End User Support
Strong customer service and communication skills
