Role Requirements
Will have a minimum of 2 years in a similar role or is looking to make a step up to a more senior role.
To motivate, train, encourage and develop the junior members of the culinary team.
Can lead and manage the kitchen in the absence of the head chef, to the same standards.
Manages ordering, working with current systems to minimise waste and improve GP.
Experience in 5-star hotel or Michelin recommended restaurant preferable.
