The 4-star Ardilaun Hotel is recruiting an Accommodation Assistant to join the team. This role involves cleaning guest bedrooms and public areas to a high standard, working efficiently, and ensuring every guest has a comfortable stay.
The main duties include:
* Being responsible for servicing guest's bedrooms to a very high standard.
* Maintain a high level of hygiene in the bedrooms and bathrooms.
* Maintain the public areas and ensure at all times work is carried out to a high standard.
* Be safety & security conscious within the hotel.
* Work within a team with high attention to detail.
* Have excellent customer service in every guest interaction.
* Ability to work to a schedule and independently is required.
Requirements:
* Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an advantage but not essential
* Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Good communication and a positive, friendly attitude
* Reliability and excellent timekeeping
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and bank holidays as required
* Physical ability to carry out cleaning duties (lifting, standing, bending, etc.)
