About the Role
We are seeking an experienced billing professional to join our team. As a key member of our administration department, you will be responsible for submitting bills to clients, assisting with e-billing, and monitoring debt.
Key Responsibilities
* Submit bills to clients in a timely and accurate manner
* Assist with e-billing and credit control functions
* Monitor shared mailboxes, client statements, and debts
* Prepare monthly reports and reconcile postings
* Perform other ad hoc duties as required
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A background in professional services or a related field
* Previous experience in billing and credit control
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
