This person will manage a team of 20+ in a heavy industrial setting, reporting to and supporting the Plant Manager.

Requirements
Proven leadership of production teams (20+)
Experience in fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing (heavy industry a plus)
Strong background in process improvement, Lean/Six Sigma, and KPIs
A practical, no-nonsense approach and the confidence to take ownership
Qualifications required
Degree or equivalent qualification in Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
Proven experience managing teams of 20+ staff.
Demonstrable success in delivering process improvements, KPIs, and complex projects.
Strong experience with process mapping, Lean / Six Sigma, and performance measurement tools.
