This is a client-facing, full-time, on-site role suited to a highly skilled immigration professional with substantial expertise in Irish immigration pathways. You will lead complex cases, support junior team members, manage key client relationships, and contribute to strategic improvements in our processes and service delivery.Key Responsibilities:Lead, manage, and oversee complex Irish immigration cases, ensuring high-quality, timely delivery for a broad global client portfolio.Act as a subject-matter expert on Irish immigration legislation, providing advanced advisory support to clients and internal stakeholders.Mentor, support, and supervise junior consultants and associates, fostering excellence and continuous learning within the team.Build, strengthen, and manage long-term relationships with high-value corporate clients, including multinational companies in technology, pharmaceuticals, financial services, and other growth sectors.Independently prepare, review, and quality-check a wide range of immigration applications with meticulous accuracy and compliance.Conduct in-depth consultations, provide strategic immigration planning, and deliver clear, concise guidance through phone, email, and video meetings.Take full ownership of case life cycles, proactively resolving issues and ensuring exceptional client experience.Contribute to internal process improvements, compliance frameworks, and best practice initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.Stay up to date with legislative changes and industry trends, sharing insights with the wider team.Ensure full adherence to regulatory requirements and internal quality standards at all times.Experience and QualificationsMinimum 4–5 years of hands-on experience managing Irish immigration cases, with demonstrable expertise across employment permits, visas, change of status, stamp renewals, and re-entry permissions.Strong command of Irish immigration legislation, policies, and regulatory requirements.Proven track record advising and managing corporate and international clients.Experience supervising, mentoring, or supporting junior staff is a significant advantage.Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong relationship-building skills and a client-centric mindset.Exceptional analytical, organisational, and problem-solving abilities, with strong attention to detail.Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and independently lead casework in a fast-paced environment.A Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, HR, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).Fluency in an additional language is a plus.Experience with immigration for other jurisdictions (UK, EU, US, or APAC) is a strong advantage.Future Direct offers a unique opportunity to grow and thrive in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
