As our Recruitment & Development Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the full employee lifecycle, from attracting new talent to developing and retaining employees. This role will combine recruitment resourcing with employee training coordination, as well as the organisation of careers fairs and early careers engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
* Support the recruitment process across a range of roles, from graduates to experienced hires.
* Source candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking).
* Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview processes with hiring teams.
* Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure GDPR compliance.
* Organise and represent Wills Bros at careers fairs, industry events, and university partnerships.
* Work with managers to schedule and track mandatory and professional development training.
* Support the roll-out of development initiatives, including mentoring and graduate schemes.
* Assist with onboarding of new hires, ensuring smooth integration into the company.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment and development processes
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in recruitment (in-house or agency), ideally within construction industry.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with candidates at all levels.
* Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience using MS Office, recruitment databases and LinkedIn.
* A proactive approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences.
