Cluster sales role with growing independent hotel group We have an exciting opportunity for a driven Assistant Director of Sales & Marketingto join this growing independent hotel group in Dublin. This senior commercial role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, boosting brand presence, and maximising occupancy and profitability across multiple properties. The Role: You will lead a small sales and events team, working closely with hotel management and commercial colleagues to align strategies and deliver strong results across rooms, corporate, leisure and MICE business. This is a proactive, client-facing position requiring strong relationship-building, negotiation skills, and a proven ability to win new business while maximising existing accounts.
