This is a hands-on leadership role where you will establish performance standards, monitor results, analyze workflow, and troubleshoot production challenges.Key Responsibilities:Oversee all molding operations and ensure customer requirements are metEstablish and monitor plant performance metrics and implement improvement plansReview and approve labor management, performance evaluations, and accident reportsMonitor production data (downtime, waste, non-conformances) and implement corrective actionsDrive technical and operational enhancements in collaboration with cross-functional teamsLead, mentor, and performance manage direct reports to achieve operational objectivesSkills & Experience Required:Minimum 5 years' experience as a Production Manager in high-volume production, with experience in both medical devices and plastic injection molding - essentialDeep understanding of Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvementIf this is of interest, please apply or send a copy of your CV to
