 
        
        We are looking for an experienced accounts assistant to manage inventory and stock invoicing at our busy pump company. You will be responsible for tracking stock movement, inputting orders and working closely with existing Accounts Department to maintaining accurate records, and ensuring orders are processed efficiently and effectively
Experience with Sage 50 Professional is essential.
This is not a training role — applicants must be fully confident using Sage 50 for stock control, invoicing and general accounting use.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Manage and monitor stock levels across all product lines
 * Inputting customers order and processing with dispatch team
 * Use Sage 50 Professional to record and track stock movements
 * Carry out regular stock checks and reconciliations
 * Process stock in/out documentation accurately
 * Liaise with purchasing and sales teams to ensure stock availability
 * Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies
 * Generate stock reports as needed
 * working with existing accountant as a team
Requirements:
 * Proven experience in stock control/inventory management
 * Strong working knowledge of Sage 50 Professional (essential)
 * Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
 * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
 * Good communication and teamwork skills
 * strong general microsoft office skills
 * some general office duties will be also required
Important Note:
This position requires prior experience using Sage 50 Professional for stock control.
Training will not be provided — only applicants with this essential experience will be considered.
