A leading developer across the Distributed Energy and Utility-Scale Solar space is hiring a Project Manager to ensure the work of subcontractors across any of their projects in the South of Ireland (Kilkenny, Cork, and Waterford are key locations).
Suitable candidates will have site management experience working on large, complex construction and/or civil engineering projects in Ireland. Experience of working on data centres, heavy industrial environments and rooftop solar is ideal.
Responsibilities include;
* Developing and managing project plans
* Overseeing all phases of construction including commissioning and handover
* Act as key contact for all stakeholders
* Manage and mentor team members as required. This role may encompass line management of a number of direct employees with associated tasks including performance management, KPI setting and discussions.
Candidates should possess a degree in Construction, Engineering or Renewable Energy. Candidates with a Project Management qualification such as PMP are preferred.
This role will require travel to projects as and when required. Candidates are expected to be office-based for a couple of days per week.
