Responsibilities
Provide personal care and daily living support to clients in their own homes.
Assist clients in a manner that maintains dignity, privacy, and independence.
Support clients with mobility, hygiene, and basic healthcare needs.
Follow care plans and report any changes in client condition to the Field Care Supervisor.
Assist the Field Care Supervisor with assigned tasks and care coordination.
Build positive, respectful relationships with clients and their families.
Requirements
Minimum of 1 year experience in a healthcare or care services setting.
Ability to deliver person-centred care with empathy and respect.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and follow instructions from supervisors.
Basic understanding of health, safety, and care standards.
