Training Coordinator
This role involves overseeing and carrying out training activities across multiple branches to ensure stakeholders receive necessary training.
The ideal candidate will assume responsibility for coordinating and executing the training needs of our organization, focusing on developing a comprehensive training plan that meets regulatory requirements.
* Developing and implementing a systematic process for training all relevant stakeholders.
* Facilitating and completing a Training Gap Analysis for our network and farmer-facing teams.
* Collaborating with operations, H&S, and HR teams to develop a detailed training strategy that ensures compliance with relevant legislation.
* Maintaining accurate records of training sessions on designated systems.
* Coordinating legally required training such as Manual handling, Fire Safety, First Aid, Forklift training, Telehandler & Loader training, Animal Remedies Training, Pesticides Training, etc.
* Supporting our Customer Service program by training staff to provide exceptional customer service.
* Working closely with the HR Officer to create an effective induction program for our network and farmer-facing teams.
