The Company:
Global provider of real estate advisory services and one of Ireland's leading third party providers of property management services to Institutional clients in the Irish property sector. They have positioned themselves as the leader in providing property management services to the PRS/BTR sector.
The Role:
Based on-site in a high end PRS scheme on the northside of Dublin. The scheme is best in class and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to act as key member of their on-site team. An essential factor for success in this role is that the Lettings & Property Manager will have sufficient lettings and tenant management experience and be capable of maintaining focus on satisfying the client's needs and managing expectations. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, ensuring that residents receive the highest level of customer care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Letting and managing a portfolio of properties.
* Coordinate marketing, advertising and rent vacant suites in the building with the intent of maintaining an occupancy rate of 100%.
* Conducting viewings and inspections of properties.
* Ensure new residents are correctly entered into the system with respect to their lease dates, rent payments etc. and that the correct name appears on the rent rolls.
* Knowledgeable of landlord and tenant legislation and statutory property obligations.
* Maintain an accurate account of suite availability (i.e., availability lists, Vacancy Report), and conduct regular inspections of vacant suites.
* Liaising with contractors and residents.
* Ensuring that operational standards meet the clients' requirements.
Requirements:
* PSRA license C
* Ideally 3+ years' experience as a Lettings Negotiator.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Customer service focused with excellent communication skills.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Attention to detail & ability to prioritise.
* A full clean driving licence and own car.
* Flexibility to work varying shifts as the role requires.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
