We are currently seeking to recruit a highly motivated Financial Services Administrator for our growing team in South Mall. This is a great role to gain experience with potential growth in the team in the future.
Responsibilities
* Managing new business applications in Pension, Investments and Life Assurance & ensuring these are processed in an accurate and timely manner.
* Ensuring effective communication with our Financial Services Consultants.
* Communicating with clients over the phone and email, keeping them updated on the progress of their applications.
* General financial services administration.
* Adhering to Central Bank supporting Financial Services Consultants with and ad hoc administration duties.
The Ideal Candidate
* Hold or be progressing through your QFA.
* Have 2-3 years' experience in a similar role.
* Have excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
* Be client focused.
* Have great attention to detail.
* Be proficient in excel & word.
