Electrical Engineering Technical Director Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned Electrical Engineering expert to lead our team in developing and implementing innovative solutions for complex engineering projects.
* Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for Electrical Engineering across the Group, ensuring alignment with PM Group's business objectives and local Business Unit plans.
* Support Business Units in strengthening and growing their departments by identifying competency gaps, providing training needs assessments, and developing targeted SME areas within Electrical Engineering.
The ideal candidate will have:
1. A bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or related field;
2. No less than 15 years of relevant industry experience, with at least 10 years working at senior management level;
