About the Role
They're now seeking a
hands-on IT Systems & Infrastructure Engineer
to support and evolve a modern, secure, and cloud-enabled IT environment.
What you'll be doing
* Ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations across users, systems, and infrastructure
* Troubleshooting and resolving complex hardware, software, and network issues..
* Deploying and supporting servers, endpoints, mobile devices, and peripherals.
* Managing cloud identity and access controls using
Azure AD / Entra ID
* Supporting and optimizing
Microsoft 365
services including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive..
* Managing IT assets, licensing, backups, patching, and endpoint security.
* Supporting wired and wireless networks (VLANs, WAN, fibre, Wi-Fi).
* Enabling secure remote access, VPN usage, ticketing systems, and documentation.
* Promoting cybersecurity awareness and best-practice controls across the business.
* Working closely with stakeholders to align IT services with business needs.
What they're looking for:
* 3+ years' experience in
IT Operations, Systems Administration, or Infrastructure Support.
* Strong knowledge of
Windows environments
, with exposure to Mac and Linux.
* Solid understanding of
networking fundamentals
and system security concepts.
* Proven troubleshooting ability with excellent communication skills.
* Comfortable working independently while collaborating across teams.
Nice to have
* Automation or scripting experience (
PowerShell
, reporting tools)
* Knowledge of modern security models (conditional access, device compliance, zero trust)
* Exposure to governance or compliance frameworks (ISO, SOC 2, audits)
* Experience with advanced endpoint protection or security monitoring tools
