Role OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to join our team on a 6-month maternity leave contract. This position plays a key role in supporting our Operations and Transport Management teams with scheduling, compliance, and communication to ensure efficient service delivery across all contracts.The role is based full-time at our Clonshaugh headquarters, with no weekend work required.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to the Operations and Transport Management teams.Assist with driver scheduling, daily duty sheets, and roster coordination.Handle driver queries, timesheets, holiday requests, and absence tracking.Liaise with clients, schools, and contract partners to ensure smooth operations.Maintain compliance documentation (driver CPC, licences, Garda vetting, etc.).Support incident reporting, vehicle allocations, and operational communication.Prepare reports, correspondence, and updates for management as required.Assist with onboarding of new drivers, uniform distribution, and training coordination.Provide general administrative assistance within the operations office as needed.Key Skills & ExperiencePrevious experience in an administrative or operations support role (transport or logistics background an advantage).Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.Confident communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and comfortable with digital systems.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.A proactive, flexible, and team-oriented attitude.Contract DetailsContract Type: Fixed-term maternity cover (6 months)Location: Nolan Coaches HQ, Clonshaugh Industrial Estate, Dublin 17Working Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday–Friday only)Salary: €32,500 – €35,000 per annum (depending on experience)Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term, Specified-purposeContract length: 6 monthsPay: €32,500.00-€35,000.00 per yearBenefits:Company eventsEmployee assistance programOn-site parkingWork Location: In person
