Meath and is now seeking enthusiastic Machine Operators to join our growing team for immediate start.As a Machine Operator, you will play a key role in supporting our high-performance production environment. Reporting to the Supervisor and/or Warehouse Manager, you will carry out daily tasks with efficiency, accuracy, and pride, ensuring our renowned standards of Hygiene, Food Safety, and Health & Safety are consistently upheld. You'll help us meet production targets while identifying and reporting any issues that may arise—contributing directly to the continued success and quality Clarke's Fresh Fruit is known for.If you're motivated, reliable, and eager to be part of a dynamic team within one of Ireland's top fresh produce companies, we'd love to hear from you.#NOTE: This is a machine operator position in a fresh produce environment, working on a production line.Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesSet up production lines to ensure they are ready for efficient operation.Monitor the production line to ensure smooth running and maintain a consistent supply of product being fed onto the line.Support warehouse operations including loading/unloading produce, picking orders, wrapping pallets, and checking accompanying paperwork.Follow instructions and daily work plans provided by your supervisor and/or Warehouse Manager.Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working environment always around the production line.Demonstrate flexibility by moving between production lines as needed.Fulfil customer orders to the highest quality standards.Maintain excellent accuracy and attention to detail, particularly when picking customer orders.Key Behaviours/CompetenciesAbility to work overtime and weekends.Hard-working, motivated, flexible, and able to perform well under pressure.Experience in the food industry and/or previous machine operation experience is a strong advantage.Eagerness to grow and develop — with real opportunities for progression within the company.Good IT skills: experience with ERP systems is a distinct advantage.Benefits:Paid WeeklyBonus Scheme incentiveBike to work schemeOn-site parkingAbility to commute/relocate:Stamullen, Co.
