With a strong pipeline of projects and continued growth in the market, they are seeking an experienced Senior Site Engineer to join their team on a major residential development in Nenagh, Co.
Tipperary. Project Large-scale residential development comprising 350400 houses, with an estimated 3-year construction programme.

The Role Reporting to the Site/Project Manager, the Senior Site Engineer will play a key role in managing site engineering activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities Setting out and surveying for residential construction works.
Ensuring works are carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Coordinating subcontractors and site teams to ensure programme targets are achieved.
Monitoring and maintaining high standards of quality control on site.
Managing site records, as-built drawings, and technical documentation.
Liaising with design teams, consultants, and project stakeholders.
Assisting with planning and sequencing of works to maintain programme.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations on site.
Requirements Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
5+ years experience in a Site Engineer / Senior Site Engineer role.
Strong experience working on residential developments, ideally large-scale housing projects.
Proficient in setting out using Total Station / GPS equipment.
Strong understanding of construction drawings and technical specifications.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
