Job Description
As a key member of our Operational Excellence Department, you will play a pivotal role in driving process improvement initiatives across the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to support the deployment and coaching of our Medtronic Performance System (MPS) across various business areas.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, perform, and implement process improvement initiatives using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
* Diagrams and evaluate existing processes to identify areas for improvement.
* Organize, lead, and facilitate cross-functional project teams to achieve shared goals.
* Develop metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities.
* Collect data to identify root causes of problems and measure performance against process requirements.

Requirements
Qualifications:
* Master's degree or equivalent in a related field.
* At least 7 years of relevant experience in process improvement, preferably in manufacturing.
* Strong technical capability in Value Stream Mapping, Work Method Analysis, DMAIC Problem Solving, 5Whys, 5S deployment, 8Wastes (Zero Loss thinking), Standard Work Creation, and Line Balance.
* Certified Black belt or Green belt with multiple years of experience.
Preferred Skills:
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong interpersonal and influencing skills at all levels of the organization.
* Good ability in Cost/Benefit analysis in Labour, Material, and Overhead (burden).
