Job Summary
The Business Solutions leader will support the execution of Intuity Technologies business offerings to customers and support the growth of customer revenue through sales programmes, operational and delivery excellence.
The role is accountable for delivery quality, identifying new opportunities in existing or new accounts, providing solutions and associated delivery planning.
Essential Job Functions
Maintain and Build the Business: In partnership with Sales, participate in account planning and new opportunities, ensuring account objectives aligned with overall delivery programmes.
Accountable for solutions business profit and delivery performance, revenue and customer experience for designated accounts.
Work with customers to understand business model, challenges and buying process.
Identify customer demand for solutions and collaborate with Marketing and Sales to evolve product and solution offerings.
Participate in formal account reviews.
Operational Delivery Excellence: Provide exceptional customer experience by aligning on key business objectives with operational and delivery performance focus.
Create strategy for project delivery, supervise day-to-day execution to meet quality, profitability and customer experience metrics.
Provide work estimates, leverage best practices, recommend plan adjustments.
Proactively monitor progress, resolve issues, share best practices and explore opportunities for improvement.
Grow Talent within Intuity: Partner with HR to retain key employees and develop skills.
Provide day-to-day leadership to the business solutions team, establish clear roles and responsibilities, manage performance, identify improvements in talent management processes and ensure development plans for all direct reports.
