* 3+ years' experience in a similar role
* Carpentry works
* Repair works
* Windows and Doors Installation
* Insulation work
* Fire Stopping
* General maintenance works and upgrades
Person:
* Excellent punctuality and attendance
* Safe Pass - essential
* Manual handling -essential
* A good knowledge of the general building and construction industry
* Full valid driving licence
* Excellent personal presentation and time keeping skills
