Job Title: Contracts Manager
We are seeking a seasoned project leader to spearhead multiple residential and commercial projects across Offaly and surrounding areas. This permanent role involves overseeing site-based teams, ensuring high-quality construction, and delivering projects on time.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage site-based teams including Site and Project Managers.
* Evaluate and ensure compliance with all health & safety standards.
* Oversee day-to-day progress, project timelines, and resource planning.
* Review construction drawings and collaborate with the design team to resolve issues.
* Drive build quality, cost savings, and programme efficiency.
* Collaborate with Quantity Surveyors to manage project budgets and financial targets.
* Coordinate long lead items and subcontract packages.
* Provide regular updates to senior management on progress and performance.
Requirements:
* Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar field.
* A minimum of 5 years experience in a senior site/project management role.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Strong technical knowledge of modern construction methods and regulations.
* Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project; Procore experience is advantageous.
