We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Account Executive - Recruitment Contractor Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the dedicated contact for all active contractors ensuring a responsive and professional experience.
* Manage onboarding processes including document collection compliance checks and timesheet training.
* Conduct regular contractor check-ins to gather feedback address concerns and proactively resolve issues.
* Collaborate with recruiters on contract extensions timesheet submissions and payroll coordination.
* Oversee offboarding and termination processes ensuring documentation is complete and compliance standards are met.
* Maintain up-to-date contractor records within our CRM/ATS.
* Identify trends in contractor satisfaction and retention offering insights and solutions to improve engagement.
* Support identification of future contract opportunities and business leads.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Recruitment experience ideally with exposure to contractor or candidate care.
* Excellent communication skills with a strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
* Organised detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities.
