Maintenance Manager- NW 7am-3:30pm Monday to Friday - but there is some flexibility Opportunity for maintenance/ Engineering experienced individual to take on a more days Monday to Friday based Maintenance role within Manufacturing.
It is expected the appointee will have spent time in a very structured process driven environment and know what good looks like.
Whilst involved with leading an Engineering / Maintenance team, and being involved in some day to day activities the appointee will be comfortable with OEE and have a keen interest and experience of LEAN and be happy to step away from the tools.
Key Areas - Equipment and Facilities Management Involved with OEE and reliability issues PPMs LEAN initiatives Working closely with QA/ EHS / Supply chain and Stores Projects / Process Improvements/ Installations etc Days role preferred core hours are 7am-3:30pm but there is some flexibility Qualifications Electrical or mechanical relevant Trade qualification, diploma or degree.
5+ years experience in a similar role.
3+ years supervisory/leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledgeable in Maintenance best practice and CMMS systems.
