Finance Business Partner
Reports to: Head of Finance
Our client, a respected organisation based in Dublin 7, is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join their dynamic finance team. This is a strategic and collaborative role, ideal for a qualified finance professional who thrives on partnering with stakeholders to drive performance and support decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with departments to align financial planning with strategic objectives
* Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting processes
* Deliver insightful financial analysis, dashboards, and business intelligence
* Ensure robust financial controls and support internal and external audits
* Foster strong relationships and enhance financial literacy across the organisation
Ideal Candidate
* Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA)
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a finance business partnering role
* Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
* Proficient in Excel and financial systems (e.g. Sage, SAP, Oracle)
* Experience in not-for-profit, public sector, or membership-based organisations is advantageous
