We are seeking a graduate with a passion for design and digital media to join our team in a role that blends administrative support with creative content production. Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support including scheduling, document formatting, and team coordination.
* Create visual assets such as graphics, presentations, event materials, and branded collateral.
* Support social media activity by designing posts, scheduling content, and monitoring engagement.
* Assist with small-scale video editing (e.g., social clips, event highlights, internal comms).
* Help maintain consistency of brand and messaging across all channels.
* Contribute ideas for campaigns, digital engagement, and content improvements.
* Support general business processes such as data capture, reporting, and system updates.
About You
* Graduate in design, media, communications, marketing, or related field
* Basic skills in graphic design (Canva or Adobe Creative Suite).
* Basic video editing ability (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar).
* Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for admin and reporting tasks.
* Interest in social media and digital communications.
* Organised, adaptable, and able to balance creative and administrative tasks.
* A self-starter with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
