They are seeking an experienced Site Manager with strong expertise in basement fit-outs and civil engineering works. The role involves overseeing on-site operations, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards across Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities, with a focus on basement fit-outs and civil works.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams efficiently.
Read, interpret, and implement technical drawings, specifications, and schedules.
Maintain accurate records of site activities and report progress to senior management.
Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations.
Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly to prevent delays.
Mentor and develop site teams to optimize performance.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Site Manager on projects with basement fit-outs and civil works.
Experience delivering projects in Ireland.
Excellent knowledge of Irish construction standards, regulations, and best practices.
Experience in residential, commercial, hotel, and mansion restoration projects is desirable.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Full legal working rights in Ireland.
Relevant construction/management qualifications preferred but not essential.
