Job Title: Insurance Renewal Specialist
We are seeking an experienced professional to manage the sales process for new insurance prospects and handle customer inquiries in a fast-paced office environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound sales inquiries and outbound calls, managing the sales process, and dealing with customers' inquiries face-to-face, over the phone, or via web chat.
The role requires strong communication and telephone skills, along with proficiency in administration, to deliver exceptional customer service while offering a range of insurance products.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound sales inquiries and outbound calls efficiently
* Manage the sales process from initial contact to closure
* Deal with customers' inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Offer a complete range of insurance products, including car, van, motor, house, farm, and more
Requirements:
* Background in sales or tele-sales, with strong organizational skills
* Working towards relevant insurance or financial qualifications, including APA, QFA, CIP, or grandfathered status
* Excellent communication and telephone skills, along with proficiency in administration
* Able to thrive in a fast-paced office environment and maintain a sales-driven mentality while delivering exceptional customer service
