What You'll Do
Clinical Leadership: Guide and mentor our Clinical Manager, Counselling Coordinators and Volunteer Counsellors, ensuring best practice and ethical standards.
Strategic Influence: Work with the COO and Board to set direction and evolve our counselling model.
Volunteer Support: Foster a culture of care and growth for our 90+ volunteer counsellors and trainees.
Governance & Quality: Maintain high standards in compliance, ethics, and client safety.
Professional Bodies and CORU: Participate in evolving the service to meet professional body standards to ensure continuity of our service.
Community Engagement: Build partnerships with colleges, professional bodies, and local agencies to strengthen our reach.
What We're Looking For
Fully accredited counsellor and fully accredited psychotherapy supervisor (IACP, ICP, NAPCP, IAHIP or equivalent).
Strong Clinical knowledge with eh ability to make informed decisions.
Proven experience in clinical leadership and service development.
A deep commitment to mental health accessibility and the values of Living Life Counselling.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to inspire, train and support a diverse team.
