Job Overview
The Principal Process Development Engineer will be responsible for the development, optimization and maintenance of electrochemical plating processes used in advanced semiconductor fabrication.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance product quality, efficiency and yield.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and select materials, equipment and automation initiatives that support continuous operational and business improvement.
* Defining and managing process controls, specifications and procedures to ensure compliance with governing bodies and internal requirements.

* Leading and mentoring a team of engineers and technicians to achieve high performance and productivity.
* Communicating effectively with stakeholders to provide clear and concise technical information.
This role requires strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a passion for innovation and collaboration.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in electroplating processes or equivalent discipline. Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and other relevant tools is also required.
