Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for spearheading the Human Resources function with a strong focus on employee relations, change management, and organizational development initiatives.


Main Responsibilities:

* You will serve as the primary HR representative onsite, partnering closely with managers to drive strategic objectives.
* Provide actionable insights and reports on HR performance metrics.
* Act as a visible presence for staff, actively engaging with employees and addressing their concerns in a timely manner.
* Manage employee relations, including performance management, grievances, and conflict resolution processes.
* Lead and support organizational change initiatives, promoting cultural alignment and growth.
* Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
* Analyze absence and performance trends, offering coaching and guidance to managers as needed.
* Promote employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
