At JLL, we believe in supporting our people's growth and wellbeing, because when our people thrive, so does our business and the communities we serve.Senior Facilities EngineerReal Estate Management Services - Dublin, IrelandA Senior Facilities Engineer role working within the facilities management function of one of JLL’s key Client portfolios.This can include tasks in one or more fields for example, carpentry, electrical, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing, carpentry and fabric repairs. Delivering day to day support to ensure the smooth running of our facilities service providing exceptional customer experience within our Client sites.Key ResponsibilitiesWork collaboratively with Campus Lead Technician and on-site teams to ensure planned reactive and preventative tasks are completed safely and within SLAs.Oversee site technicians and planning schedule to ensure all planned maintenance and reactive tasks are undertaken to all building plant, equipment, and systems to meet or exceed the account services level agreements.When required ensure all on site planned maintenance and reactive tasks are undertaken to all building plant, equipment and systems to meet or exceed the account services level agreements and are performed in accordance with local legislation.Updating of service records as required by Operational, Regulatory and Statutory practice within the Logbooks and in the CAFM system.Adhere to the Maintenance Management system in all engineering practices, including planned and reactive tasks, to meet and exceed the agreed service level agreements in line with the Master Service Agreement.Provide technical support for projects and assist with project delivery for both JLL and client workUndertake small installation works, repairs to Mechanical and Electrical plant and Equipment Quality ArrangementsMaintain and repair plumbing components including toilets, urinals, lavatories, flush valves, water fountains, sinks, drains, water heaters, piping, and sump pumps as required by Site Lead TechProvide all other building maintenance, repair, and restorative procedures as directedEnsure that all work orders are completed, issued and closed down in full compliance with Jones Lang LaSalle processes, systems, standards and the Equipment Maintenance SystemWhen required provide regular reports (Daily, weekly, monthly as required) regarding all engineering activityUndertake quality work inspections and safety tours as requiredSupport the Site Lead Tech to undertake team reviews and development plans.Work closely with contractors and vendors on a regular basis, conducting risk assessments and following safety protocols, ensuring compliance. Following Permit to Work procedures.Be available to work overtime when the need arisesWork with the internal Task system to keep track of all requested facilities work and close out actions according to Service Level AgreementsProvide appropriate and timely follow-ups to colleagues and customers in emails, task systems, social posts and face to faceWork collaboratively to solve problems and resolve spontaneous and unique situations with professionalism and service focused approachMake recommendations to leverage innovations whilst utilising technologies for the Client where required to improve site performance and maintenance practicesWork in accordance with health and safety measures and promote best practice amongst colleagues, contractors, and vendors. Wearing personal protective equipment when required to do so by the relevant risk assessment, method statement or mandatory signageWork as part of the sustainability drive to reduce utility consumption across the siteWork LifeOn a daily basis you will be working across a large office sitesThe main business language spoken in our offices is English.
