The Role
AsSenior Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for managing and converting your sales pipeline from start to finish — from the initial client consultation, through design and concept creation, to closing the sale and overseeing successful delivery and installation.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing yourown sales pipelineand reporting regularly to management.
* Meeting with customers in the showroom, understanding their needs, and providing tailored design-led solutions.
* Producing3D and VR bathroom designsfor clients (training provided).
* Generating new leads and converting them into sales opportunities.
* Providing an exceptional customer experience, including conflict resolution when needed.
* Coordinating with the operations and installation teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
* Keeping accurate records and maintaining organised, timely follow-ups.
* Contributing ideas to improve the sales process and enhance customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who isambitious, professional, and proactive. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record inbathroom and tile sales, along with strong customer relationship skills and a flair for design.
Essential requirements:
* Priorsales experience in the bathroom/tile industry.
* Strong pipeline management and sales reporting skills.
* Computer literacy and confidence in learning new systems (3D/VR design training provided).
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
* Ability to handle conflict in a calm and professional manner.
* Full, clean driving licence and your own transport.
Desirable skills
* Experience creating design visuals or working in design-led sales environments.
* A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* The ability to work independently, using initiative without needing constant direction.

* Structured working hours:
* Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
* Saturday, 9:00am – 4:00pm (with every third Saturday off in rotation)
