Our client, a market-leading residential developer, is seeking an experienced Site Presentation Manager to take ownership of end-to-end site presentation and customer journey strategy across a national portfolio of live and pipeline developments. This is a senior, highly visible role with responsibility for shaping customer experience, brand perception and commercial performance at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Journey Strategy: Define and lead a clear, scalable vision for site presentation and customer engagement across B2C, B2B and B2G audiences.
* Brand & Presentation Standards: Establish and enforce quality benchmarks for all presentation elements including branding, signage, show homes and customer-facing environments.
* Operational Excellence: Develop standard operating procedures to drive consistency, efficiency and a quality-first approach across all projects.
* Senior Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing and Construction leadership to align strategies and deliver a seamless, integrated customer experience.
* Financial & Budget Ownership: Take full accountability for financial planning, cost control and budget management related to site presentation strategy.
* Multi-Site Delivery: Oversee execution across all live and pipeline developments, ensuring consistency at scale and proactive issue resolution.
* Sales Journey Integration: Embed customer needs at every stage of the journey, from pre-launch engagement through handover, aftersales and long-term brand advocacy.
* Brand Leadership: Ensure brand values are consistently reflected across all customer touchpoints, elevating perception and trust.
* Performance Metrics & Reporting: Develop KPIs to measure engagement, presentation effectiveness and commercial impact, reporting at Senior Management and Leadership level.
* Transformation & Innovation: Lead transformation initiatives to future-proof presentation and customer experience strategies for scalability and industry leadership.
* Market & Customer Insight: Conduct research into customer behaviour, competitor standards and emerging trends to maintain differentiation.
* Digital & Design Innovation: Identify opportunities to enhance the customer journey through digital tools, design thinking and new methodologies.
* People Leadership: Lead, develop and inspire teams across multiple levels, fostering a high-performance and customer-focused culture.
