We're now hiring Trainee and Experienced Bus Drivers to join our depots in:
* Ballymount, Dublin 12
* Northwest Business Park, Dublin 15
Whether you already hold a Category D licence or you're starting out with a Category B car licence, we want to hear from you. We'll support you every step of the way through our full paid training programme.
Who We're Looking For
Trainee Bus Drivers:
* Full Irish Category B (Car) Licence held for at least 2 years
* Age 21+ (to comply with D Licence regulation)
* Pass a written English assessment test at the interview
Experienced Bus Drivers:
* Valid Category D Licence
* Full Irish Category B (Car) Licence (min. 2 years)
* Age 21+
* Pass an English assessment and a pre-employment driving assessment
What You'll Earn
Trainee Bus Drivers:
* €14.40 per hour during training (approx. 6–8 weeks)
* €17.40 per hour starting rate once qualified
* €20.88 per hour on Sundays and Bank Holidays
* Progression through five pay bands as you gain experience
Experienced Bus Drivers:
* €16.20 per hour during short classroom induction (approx. 1 week)
* €17.40 per hour after training
* €20.88 per hour on Sundays and Bank Holidays
* Progression through five pay bands
Training Programme for Trainees
* 5-day training week (approx. 8 weeks)
* 1 week in-house classroom training with a dedicated trainer
* 4–6 weeks bus training with Approved Driving Instructors
* Driving/CPC test
* Route learning and mentoring
* "Go-Live" into service with full support
